Die Zucchinis sch\u00e4len und in 1 cm lange Streifen schneiden. Auf beiden Seiten mit Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen und auf dem hei\u00dfen Grill pro Seite ca. 2-3 Minuten grillen. Sobald sich braune Streifen bilden, die Streifen wenden. Vom Grill nehmen, nochmals mit Oliven\u00f6l einstreichen und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2<\/strong>: Zitronensaft, Oliven\u00f6l und Crema di Aceto Balsamico mit dem Schneebesen in einer Salatsch\u00fcssel gut vermischen. Die frisch gezupften Basilikumbl\u00e4tter kurz mit dem Dressing vermengen und sofort auf vier Tellern anrichten. \u00a0Die Zucchinistreifen anlegen. Den Salat mit Pinienkernen bestreuen, leicht salzen und pfeffern und sofort servieren.
