Die Fenchelknollen von Strunk und Gr\u00fcn befreien und\u00a0in Scheiben schneiden. Auf beiden Seiten mit Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen und pro Seite ca. 5 Minuten grillen. Die Scheiben wenden, sobald sich auf den Fenchelscheiben ein dunkler Streifen vom Rost abzeichnet. Die oberen, gr\u00fcnen\u00a0Austriebe\u00a0k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls gegrillt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist dabei unvermeidlich, dass der Fenchel beim Grillen etwas auseinanderf\u00e4llt. (ggfs. mit dem Messer). Mit K\u00fcchenkrepp leicht abtupfen und beiseite stellen. Feste Strunkteile entfernen und nicht verwenden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3<\/strong>: Den Mozzarella abtropfen lassen, in Scheiben\u00a0schneiden und in kleine Fetzen zerrei\u00dfen. Blattpetersilie\u00a0und etwas Fenchelgr\u00fcn klein hacken. Oliven entsteinen und in H\u00e4lften schneiden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4:<\/strong> Die Pinienkerne und die schwarzen Sesamk\u00f6rner in einer Pfanne erhitzen, bis sie leicht Farbe annehmen. \u00a0Beiseite stellen. \u00a0Salami in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden (sofern sie die Salami am St\u00fcck gekauft haben).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 5<\/strong>: Auf einem gro\u00dfen Teller abwechselnd die Fenchelbl\u00e4ttter, die Austriebe, den Mozzarella und die Salami \u00a0anrichten. Oliven, Petersiliengr\u00fcn, Sesam und Pinienk\u00f6rner dar\u00fcberstreuen.
