Auch wenn der Name nach Spanien klingt, stammt dieses Gericht ganz klar aus Uruguay. Genauer gesagt aus dem St\u00e4dtchen Florida, wo es 1963 erstmals als \u201eArrollado de tela\u201c \u2013 also als eingerolltes Fleisch im Schweinedarm \u2013 \u00fcber die Ladentheke ging. Warum es sp\u00e4ter \u201ePamplona\u201c genannt wurde, bleibt ein kleines kulinarisches R\u00e4tsel. Sicher ist nur: Heute wird sie \u2013 neben dem ber\u00fchmten \u201eChivito\u201c \u2013 bei der <a href=\"https:\/\/correopuntadeleste.com\/preparan-la-fiesta-nacional-del-chivito-y-la-pamplona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Fiesta Nacional del Chivito y la Pamplona<\/em><\/a> in Punta del Este jedes Jahr gefeiert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 20px; text-align: left;\">Auch in Argentinien geh\u00f6rt die Pamplona zum festen Bestandteil jedes guten Asados. Klassisch wird Kalb-, Schweine- oder H\u00fchnerfleisch mit einer aromatischen F\u00fcllung aus Paprika, K\u00e4se, Oliven, Ei und Schinken gerollt, mit Speck umwickelt, in Alufolie gegart und zum Schluss knusprig gegrillt. Besonders beliebt ist die Variante mit H\u00e4hnchen, Chimichurri-Marinade, gegrillten oder ger\u00e4ucherten Paprika und w\u00fcrzigem K\u00e4se \u2013 au\u00dfen sch\u00f6n salzig-kross, innen zart und saftig.<\/p>\n<p>Lust bekommen?
