Schafsk\u00e4se mit Kr\u00e4utern, heimische Tomaten, frisch gezupftes Basilikum, Lachs und Chorizo.* Daf\u00fcr sind die Getr\u00e4nke um so festlicher:<\/p>\n<p>Mehr Sein als Schein: Seit mehr als sieben Generationen betreibt Familie Legras Weinbau in der Champagne, genauer gesagt, in den C\u00f4tes des Blancs um Chouilly. Gekeltert aus 100% Chardonnay ist der der <strong>Legras &amp; Haas Grand Cru Mill\u00e9sime 2005<\/strong> ein sehr finessenreicher und cremiger\u00a0Jahrgangs Grand Cru Champagner\u00a0mit perfekt ausbalancierten Aromen und einer erhabenen Eleganz (Nase:\u00a0Brioche,\u00a0Lindenbl\u00fcten, Feigen | Gaumen:\u00a0Muschelschalen,\u00a0Orangenschalen, eine Spur wei\u00dfe Schokolade). Spontan erkl\u00e4re ich ihn neben meinen Favoriten Pierre Gimonnet und\u00a0Bruno Paillard zu meinem neuen Lieblingschampagner. Seltsam, dass mir jetzt ausgerechnet der alte Spruch <em>&#8222;Der Tag geht, Johnny Walker kommt&#8220;<\/em> einf\u00e4llt. Werbung wirkt eben doch.<\/p>\n<p>Der Whisky stammt aus der Suntory Destillerie in Japan. Klares und weiches Wasser aus dem Hakushu-Fluss und der Einfluss von ehemaligen Bourbon- F\u00e4ssern, spanischen Sherry-F\u00e4ssern und F\u00e4ssern aus japanischer Wassereiche finden hier einen harmonischen Weg, den Whisky aus dem Land der aufgehenden Sonne zu vollenden. Im Glas schimmert er in dunklem Bernsteingold; in der Nase dominieren nussige und fruchtige Trockenfr\u00fcchte-Aromen; am Gaumen wirkt dieser Whisky wunderbar ausbalanciert, angenehm rauchig, dezent torfig mit Ankl\u00e4ngen von Honig und Toffee, die dann von lang anhaltenden Sherry- und Schokoladenaromen abgel\u00f6st werden. \u00a0Wie ich w\u00e4hrend eines <a href=\"http:\/\/schneckentisch.wordpress.com\/2010\/11\/29\/whisky-nosing-tasting\/\" target=\"_blank\">Seminars unter Leitung von Willi v. Lohr, Consultant der Whisky Agency Limburg<\/a>\u00a0gelernt habe, entfaltet dieser Whisky sein ganzes Aromaspektrum erst, nachdem man zwei, drei Tropfen Wasser hinzugeben hat.
