Und er ist gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig.<br \/>\nDamit meine ich nicht nur seine Gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigkeit gegen\u00fcber anderen. Er hat ein riesiges Herz und kann einfach nicht anders als XXXL. Die Portionen, die bei ihm serviert werden, sind dreimal so gro\u00df wie in anderen Restaurants (es schmeckt auch dreimal so lecker). An nur einem St\u00fcck seiner ber\u00fchmten Himbeerquarksahne-Torte kann sich eine vierk\u00f6pfige Familie satt essen. Und wenn er einen guten Wein im K\u00fchlschrank hat, was eigentlich immer der Fall ist, dann schenkt er ihn quasi eimerweise aus. Vor ein paar Tagen telefonierten wir miteinander. Da war er gerade dabei, Maultaschen zu produzieren. Nat\u00fcrlich sind auch die mindestens doppelt so gro\u00df, wie handels\u00fcbliche.<\/p>\n<p>Gestern waren die Bedingungen f\u00fcr ein rustikales Essen ideal: Nasskalte 12\u00b0 C., Wind und Regen. Wir sa\u00dfen in dicken Pullovern in der K\u00fcche und \u00fcberlegten, ob wir eine Kartoffelsuppe oder einen deftigen Eintopf machen sollten. Aber das h\u00e4tte Stunden gedauert. Also haben wir einen Stich Butter und etwas Oliven\u00f6l in die Pfanne getan und Harald&#8217;s Bio-Maultaschen mit einer k\u00f6stlichen F\u00fcllung angebraten: Spanferkel aus artgerechter Haltung, Sellerie, Karotten, Salz und Pfeffer, sehr wenig Melisse, Dill, Schnittlauch, Knoblauch, Zwiebeln und Paprika. Dazu ein Glas <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auxamisdesvins.de\/seiten\/list\/index.php?tpl=double&amp;sid=20&amp;mod=1&amp;eg=&amp;aa=&amp;kat=6\" target=\"_blank\">Auxerrois vom Weingut Klumpp<\/a> in Bruchsal.
