Ich bin ein gro\u00dfer Anh\u00e4nger der chilenischen und peruanischen K\u00fcche und kriege nie genug von Caldillo, Ceviche, Empanadas, Tamales oder Pachamanca. Meeresfr\u00fcchte und frischer Fisch aus dem Pazifik oder aus den klaren Gletscherseen Patagoniens geh\u00f6ren dort ganz selbstverst\u00e4ndlich auf den Speisezettel.\u00a0Sogar <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neruda.uchile.cl\/obra\/obraodaselementales2.html\" target=\"_blank\">Pablo Neruda widmete der K\u00fcche Chiles eine Ode<\/a> und machte sie auf diesem Weg unsterblich. Mit einem Lachsmesser oder elektrischem Messer d\u00fcnne Lachsscheiben schneiden und die Terrine damit vollst\u00e4ndig am Boden und den Seitenw\u00e4nden auslegen. Zwei ganze Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln (mit Bl\u00e4ttern) sowie einen halben Bund Petersilie und den Kerbel fein hacken und zu den Linsen geben. Blattgelatine in Wei\u00dfwein einweichen, abtropfen lassen und dann in einem Topf so lange erhitzen bis sie fl\u00fcssig ist (darf nicht kochen). Zusammen mit ca. 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l und 2 EL Limettensaft unterheben und die Linsen einmal gut durchmischen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/lachs_linsen2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-787\" title=\"lachs_linsen2\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/lachs_linsen2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4<\/strong>: Die Terrinenform nun mit einer Schicht Linsenmischung zu einem Viertel auff\u00fcllen und diese mit einem L\u00f6ffel fest andr\u00fccken. Streifen von R\u00e4ucherlachs und pochiertem Lachs mittig auflegen und anschlie\u00dfend die restlichen Linsen dar\u00fcber geben. Noch einmal die gesamte F\u00fcllung fest andr\u00fccken und mit dem Zellophan und dem Deckel fest verschlie\u00dfen. Abschmecken und 10 Minuten ziehen lassen.\u00a0Den verbliebenen halben Bund Petersilie fein hacken. Ein paar d\u00fcnne Limettenscheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/lachs_linsen7.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-791\" title=\"lachs_linsen7\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/lachs_linsen7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6<\/strong>: Die Terrine aus der Form nehmen (l\u00f6st sich aufgrund der Zellophanfolie ganz leicht), mit der flachen Seite auf ein glattes Brett legen und mit einem elektrischen Messer nicht zu d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.
