Madame und ich sind zu Gast auf dem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.balldesweines.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ball des Weines<\/a> in Wiesbaden und genie\u00dfen unz\u00e4hlig viele und k\u00f6stliche\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vdp.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Weine des VdP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/bdw.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-769\" title=\"bdw\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/bdw.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Als Men\u00fc und zum Auftakt gibt es dreierlei Tatar: vom Rind (klassisch angemacht), vom Lachs mit Limonen Cr\u00e9me Fraiche (sehr fein und erfrischend) und von B\u00fcsumer Krabben (leider versalzen und \u00fcberw\u00fcrzt). Als Hauptgang folgt ein Surf &amp; Turf mit Rinderfilet und Riesen-Gambas an einer unglaublich leckeren Sauce Foyot (die kannte ich noch nicht, werde sie aber in K\u00fcrze im Culture Food Blog vorstellen) mit knackigem Spargel und Kartoffel-Selleriep\u00fcree. Als Nachtisch serviert man einen Eisbecher &#8222;Nostalgie&#8220; &#8211; fr\u00fcher nannte man das F\u00fcrst P\u00fcckler &#8211; mit frischer Mango, Kiwi und dem klassischen Sonnenschirmchen oben drauf. Nun ja.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu begleiteten uns die fantastischen Weine von Wegeler, Mosel (2008 Doctor Riesling), Schloss Sch\u00f6nborn, Rheinhessen (2009 Berg Schlossberg Riesling, gro\u00dfes Gew\u00e4chs), Prinz Salm, Rheinhessen (2010 Scharlachberg Riesling gro\u00dfes Gew\u00e4chs), Graf Adelmann, W\u00fcrttemberg (2008 Cuv\u00e9e Herbst im Park), Dr. Heger, Baden (2009 Ihringer Winklerberg Mimus Sp\u00e4tburgunder) und Weingut Prinz, Rheingau (2007 Hallgarten Jungfer Riesling Auslese). Yes, yes, yes!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/bdw2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-771\" title=\"bdw2\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/bdw2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag schlendern wir noch etwas durch Wiesbaden, besuchen das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafe-maldaner.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Caf\u00e9 Maldaner<\/a>\u00a0(das\u00a0einzige \u201eOriginal-Wiener-Kaffeehaus\u201c\u00a0au\u00dferhalb \u00d6sterreichs, sagt man)\u00a0und schlemmen uns durch das reichhaltige Kuchensortiment.
