Doch es m\u00fcssen\u00a0nicht immer Espresso, Marsalla\u00a0oder\u00a0Amaretto\u00a0sein, die den italienischen Dessert-Klassiker\u00a0verfeinern. Verschiedene\u00a0Variationen mit Fr\u00fcchten sind\u00a0eine wunderbare\u00a0Alternative. Au\u00dferdem ist Tiramis\u00f9\u00a0schnell,\u00a0einfach und gut im Voraus zuzubereiten.<br \/>\nSeit Anfang M\u00e4rz liegt der erste Rhabarber des Jahres im Supermarkt. Leider ist er gummiartig weich, blass, d\u00fcnn \u00a0und hat bestimmt zu lange im K\u00fchlhaus gelegen. Danke, aber nein danke&#8230;<br \/>\nDrei Wochen sp\u00e4ter stapeln sich Kisten mit frischem Rhabarber auf dem Wochenmarkt. Nun sind die Stengel dick und kr\u00e4ftig, und leuchten in kr\u00e4ftigem Rot-Gr\u00fcn. Anstelle des Espresso tr\u00e4ufelt man einfach einen fruchtigen Sud auf die L\u00f6ffelbiskuits, der\u00a0beim Kochen entstanden ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 1<\/strong>: Den\u00a0Rhabarber sch\u00e4len, in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und zusammen mit dem Vanillezucker, dem\u00a0Wei\u00dfwein und dem Rhabarber-Nektar ca. 4-5 Minuten d\u00fcnsten. Die Fruchtst\u00fccke\u00a0sollten unbedingt noch etwas Biss haben und sollten nicht vollst\u00e4ndig zerfallen sein. Die Cr\u00e8me auftragen, mit etwas Schokolade bestreuen.\u00a0Erneut eine Lage L\u00f6ffelbiskuits auf die Cr\u00e8me legen, mit Rhabarbersaft betr\u00e4ufeln, den restlichen Rhabarber verteilen und dann eine weitere Schicht\u00a0Mascarpone-Cr\u00e8me auftragen. Dann in gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig viereckige St\u00fccke schneiden, vorsichtig aus der Form heben und zusammen mit ein paar Fr\u00fcchten und Minzbl\u00e4ttern anrichten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/tiramisu_portion.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-medium wp-image-2495\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/tiramisu_portion-578x394.jpg\" alt=\"tiramisu_portion\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipps:<\/strong> F\u00fcr eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Ausbeute\u00a0kann man das Tiramis\u00f9 auch mit Hilfe eines Edelstahlrings (Vorspeisenring, Dessertring \u00d8 6,5 cm)\u00a0ausstechen und als kleines T\u00f6rtchen servieren. Diese Variante bevorzuge ich immer dann, wenn ich viele G\u00e4ste habe, und deshalb so viele Portionen wie m\u00f6glich servieren m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/rhabarbertiramisu6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-medium wp-image-2444\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/rhabarbertiramisu6-578x394.jpg\" alt=\"rhabarbertiramisu6\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Falls es suppt ;-) : Manchmal kommt es vor, dass\u00a0das Tiramis\u00f9 mit Fr\u00fcchten aus irgendwelchen Gr\u00fcnden zu fl\u00fcssig ger\u00e4t\u00a0(z.B. weil die Fr\u00fcchte \u00fcber Nacht noch viel Fl\u00fcssigkeit verloren haben und ich absichtlich auf Gelatine verzichte). Dann wird das Schneiden und Portionieren mit dem Messer sehr schwierig und das Tiramis\u00fa zerf\u00e4llt leicht.
