Zugegeben: Foodblogger sind begeisterte Fackeltr\u00e4ger der Kulinarik. Mir geht es aber nicht um Kompetenzgerangel zwischen Print und Online, sondern um Hintergr\u00fcnde, um gekonntes Storytelling mit Tiefgang und Emotion und um Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten, die ihre ganz eigene Geschichte zwischen K\u00fcche und Weinkeller, zwischen dem heimischen Esstisch und ihren Restaurantbesuchen erz\u00e4hlen. Es sind kulinarische Geschichten und Rezepte, die man am besten auf dem Sofa oder im Bett genie\u00dft, bevor man sie selbst ausprobiert.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Auf meinem Tisch liegen zur Zeit zwei spannende B\u00fccher, die vom Inhalt unterschiedlicher nicht sein k\u00f6nnten. Stanley Tucci\u2019s \u201eTaste\u201c und Leon Joskowitz\u2019 kulinarische Meditationen \u201eVom Kochen und T\u00f6ten\u201c.
