Die Gesch\u00e4ftsidee &#8211; Orangen mittels Direktvermarktung direkt an die Kunden zu versenden &#8211; war damals noch relativ neu und entsprechend unbekannt. Nun sind einige Jahre vergangen und es ist bitterkalter Januar in Deutschland. Kurzum: Genau der richtige Augenblick f\u00fcr ein paar zus\u00e4tzliche Vitamine und um zu testen, was sich in der Zwischenzeit bei unseren Freunden von Mammarancia getan hat.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht nur die Internetseite <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mammarancia.com\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.mammarancia.com<\/a> ist \u00fcber die Jahre besser und deutlich umfangreicher geworden, sondern auch das Angebot. Es gibt Marmelade, Mandeln, Pistazien-Pesto, Orangenbl\u00fctenhonig, Orangenschokolade, sizilianischen Oregano, Avocados, Pampelmusen, Clementinen, Zitronen, Bergamotten, Cedros (gro\u00dfe Zitronat-Zitronen) und nat\u00fcrlich die ber\u00fchmten Blutorangen vom Fu\u00dfe des Etnas. Der Shop ist mehrsprachig, sehr \u00fcbersichtlich und funktional gestaltet, und so sind meine Vitaminbomben schon nach wenigen Minuten bestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Auch der Versand via DHL klappt v\u00f6llig reibungslos. Ihr Fruchtfleisch \u00fcberzeugt mich immer wieder mit seinem leicht herben, wunderbar w\u00fcrzigen Aroma, das s\u00fc\u00df-s\u00e4uerlich schmeckt. Ab Ende Januar, wenn es auf Sizilien tags\u00fcber schon f\u00fcnfzehn bis zwanzig Grad warm ist, und die Temperaturen nachts bis an den Gefrierpunkt sinken, bilden sich in den Fr\u00fcchten sogenannte Anthocyane. Die starken Temperaturschwankungen sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass sich das Fruchtfleisch, und teilweise auch die Schale blutrot f\u00e4rben. Das gilt zumindest f\u00fcr die Sorten Moro oder Sanguinello. Mit der Schale der Cedro und einem Zweig Rosmarin werde ich etwas Oliven\u00f6l aromatisieren und au\u00dferdem ein k\u00f6stliches \u2192 <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/en\/amalfi-zitronen-carpaccio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cedro-Carpaccio<\/a> (Insalata di Cedri) machen, um es mit Rucola und gegrillten Gambas als Vorspeise zu servieren. Und die Blutorangen? Wie w\u00e4re es da zum Beispiel mit einem Sorbet? Oder eine \u2192 <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/en\/mousse-au-chocolat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mousse auch Choc <\/a>mit Blutorangen?
