Ist klar, den kennt jeder. Aber die wenigsten Hobbyk\u00f6che wissen etwas \u00fcber G\u00e4nseeier. Anders als H\u00fchner betreiben G\u00e4nse ihr Legegesch\u00e4ft saisonal und die Eier sind im Supermarkt nicht zu bekommen. Wer einen Bio-Gefl\u00fcgelhof oder Bauernladen in seiner N\u00e4he hat, der kann zwischen Ende Februar und Mai nach dieser Spezialit\u00e4t fragen. Besonders zu Ostern sind sie eine aparte und wohlschmeckende Alternative zu den normalen Eiern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e4nseeier schmecken anders, vor allem das Eiklar ist vergleichsweise herb. Der Dotter gilt als sehr aromatisch und hat au\u00dferdem einen h\u00f6heren Anteil am Gesamtei als beim H\u00fchnerei. Damit ist das G\u00e4nseei auch fett- und eiwei\u00dfreicher. H\u00fchnereier wiegen durchschnittlich gerade einmal 57 bis 65 Gramm, w\u00e4hrend G\u00e4nseeier es auf ein stolzes Gewicht von ca. 150 bis 200 Gramm bringen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\"
