Indem wir uns selbst das Geschenk machen, das sich von Jahr zu Jahr wiederholt: Die ber\u00fcchtigte Januar-Di\u00e4t. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gibt es wirklich eine bessere Idee, als das neue Jahr mit einem Fastenprogramm zu beginnen? Nach all den Lebkuchen, Zimtsternen, G\u00e4nsen, Pasteten und anderen Leckereien sehnen sich unsere \u00fcberforderten Dezember-K\u00f6rper nach ein wenig Ruhe und Einfachheit. Eine Reinigungskur oder eine Periode des Fastens ist da genau das Richtige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ganz gleich, ob Sie jetzt mehrere Wochen strikt gefastet -, ein Intervallfasten begonnen haben oder ob Sie bis zum Abendessen nur Saft und Tee trinken, die Wahl der Mahlzeit, mit der Sie Ihr Fasten brechen, ist entscheidend. Es ist aus vielen Gr\u00fcnden wichtig, sich langsam wieder an das Essen zu gew\u00f6hnen, auch wenn es nur nach einer sechzehnst\u00fcndigen Fastenpause ist. Vor allem geht es darum, die Verdauung nicht zu \u00fcberfordern oder zu irritieren, die endlich ihre wohlverdiente Erholung bekommt. Achten Sie daher auf viel Fl\u00fcssigkeitszufuhr und auf frische, unverarbeitete Lebensmittel, die das System nicht belasten.
