Die erste Frage ist stets die gleiche: \u201eKann man Salat denn \u00fcberhaupt grillen?\u201c Und ob! Gegrillter Salat kann mit einer Vinaigrette, \u00fcberbacken, oder &#8211; wie hier &#8211; mit einem Caesar-Salatdressing eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion sein. Besonders gut eignet sich daf\u00fcr Romanasalat. Die Zubereitung ist nicht nur denkbar einfach, sondern auch ganz schnell. <br><br>Caesar Salad ist ein weltweit bekanntes Gericht, das dem Italo-Amerikaner Cesare Cardini zugeschrieben wird. Dieser betrieb um 1920 im mexikanischen Tijuana das Restaurant Caesar\u2019s Place, wo der Legende nach dieser Salat zum ersten Mal serviert wurde. Sonnenblumen\u00f6l und Wasser abmessen (kann man in einem Messbecher zusammengeben) und in einem d\u00fcnnen Strahl gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig unter die Mischung heben.
