Der knusprige Teig mit dem Geruch von Glut, Feuer oder Holzkohle ist jedes Mal aufs Neue verf\u00fchrerisch und eine gro\u00dfartige Alternative zur klassischen Ofenvariante. Es macht auch gro\u00dfen Spa\u00df, wenn alle G\u00e4ste ihre Pizza nach Gusto selbst belegen. Die Sache ist nur die: Man muss ein paar Techniken beherzigen und Regeln befolgen. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr ein perfektes Ergebnis m\u00fcssen zun\u00e4chst die hei\u00dfen Grillst\u00e4be gut geb\u00fcrstet und gereinigt werden. Danach sollte man sie mit hoch erhitzbarem \u00d6l (Erdnuss-, Raps\u00f6l oder Oliven-Brat\u00f6l) bestreichen. Am besten eigenen sich solche Grills, die \u00fcber eine Haube oder einen Klappdeckel verf\u00fcgen. So kann sich auf der Oberfl\u00e4che eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Hitze entwickeln, die den K\u00e4se innerhalb kurzer Zeit perfekt schmelzen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Teig eignet sich der Basis Grundteig Nr. 1\u201eNapolitana\u201c am allerbesten: \u2192  <a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/en\/grundteige-fuer-die-perfekte-pizza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/grundteige-fuer-die-perfekte-pizza\/<\/a> As Belag kommt grunds\u00e4tzlich alles in Frage, was Sie m\u00f6gen. Besonders delikat sind neben den Klassikern (Tomatensauce, Mozzarella und Basilikum, etc.) Variationen mit Sommerfr\u00fcchten (!) und frischem Gem\u00fcse. Der Mozzarella oder Gratink\u00e4se kann durch andere Sorten, etwa Feta, Frischk\u00e4se oder Cr\u00e8me Fra\u00eeche ersetzt werden. Doch aufgepasst: Im Gegensatz zur Ofenpizza sollten Sie den Teig nicht allzu dick belegen. Die Backzeit auf dem Grill ist mit 4-5 Minuten relativ kurz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachfolgend eine Variation mit Schafs- und Ziegenfrischk\u00e4se, Aprikosen, Zucchini und Speck, die sich f\u00fcr warme Einen Rost oder Blech mit Backpapier belegen.<br>Den fertigen Pizzateig aus der Sch\u00fcssel nehmen, auf einer bemehlten Oberfl\u00e4che in vier gleich gro\u00dfe Teile trennen und zu Kugeln formen. Sollte der Teig direkt aus dem K\u00fchlschrank kommen, lassen Sie den Teig 30 Minuten Raumtemperatur annehmen. Die Teigkugeln flachdr\u00fccken und wie eine Scheibe rotierend zu einem Fladen formen. Das Formen des Teigs sollten Sie auf keinen Fall mit einem Nudelholz oder einer Teigausrollmaschine machen. Damit w\u00fcrden sie nur die ganze Luft aus dem Teig dr\u00fccken. Ein toller Rand und der charakteristische Blasenwurf w\u00e4ren dann futsch. Es geht nicht darum, den Pizzateig gar zu backen, sondern lediglich die Oberfl\u00e4che zu trocknen und zu festigen, damit der Teig sp\u00e4ter nicht zwischen die Grillst\u00e4be flie\u00dft und festklebt. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Teig keinesfalls zu stark br\u00e4unt oder Farbe annimmt.
