In einer Marinade aus fl\u00fcssiger Butter, gemahlener Muskatnuss, Honig und Aceto Balsamico 15 Minuten ziehen lassen und dann auf den sehr hei\u00dfen Grill legen. Temperatur reduzieren und nach ca. 1 Minute wenden. Mit gehobeltem Manchego-K\u00e4se bestreuen. Sobald die Spargel rundum ein sch\u00f6nes Grillmuster haben, anrichten und hei\u00df oder kalt servieren. Als Dressing Oliven\u00f6l und Hollandaise als Punkte dazwischensetzen. In einer Pfanne Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln und Schalotten in etwas Butter d\u00fcnsten, Morcheln mit ihrem Sud hinzugeben und mit Cr\u00e8me Fra\u00eeche und etwas Sahne einkochen bis eine s\u00e4mige Sauce entsteht. <br \/>Den Wildspargel in einer Pfanne mit etwas Butter und Zitronensaft von allen Seiten gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig anbraten, mit etwas Salz, Pfeffer und Muskatnuss w\u00fcrzen und den Morchelrahm hinzugeben. Kurz aufkochen und hei\u00df servieren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a
