Der Lachs sollte innen gut warm, aber noch rosa sein. Wer mag, kann das Gericht direkt in der hei\u00dfen Eisenpfanne servieren.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativ kann man das Oliven\u00f6l durch Kokos\u00f6l ersetzen und den Lachs mit etwas Zitronensaft, Cajun-Spice und Sri Lanka Curry w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich kann man, je nach Marktangebot, auch andere Fischsorten verwenden. Hier noch eine delikate Variation mit Thunfisch, Paprika, gr\u00fcnem Spargel, Basilikum, Tomaten und Gnocchis, aromatisiert mit Thai Wok \u00d6l, Sesam, Chia und Szechuanpfeffer.
