Besonders in Spanien sch\u00e4tzt man die traditionelle \u2192 \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tarta_de_Santiago\" target=\"_blank\">Tarta de Santiago<\/a>\u201c, eine leichte Mandel-Torte aus Galicien, die nur mit Puderzucker bestreut wird .<\/p>\n<p>Das nachfolgende Rezept hat drei gro\u00dfe Vorteile: Der Kuchen ben\u00f6tigt nur wenige Zutaten, er ist sehr einfach und sehr schnell herzustellen und er schmeckt einfach k\u00f6stlich. (nach 15 Minuten Garprobe machen; wenn der Kuchen zu dunkel wird mit Backpapier abdecken)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6:<\/strong> Den Kuchen ca. 10 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen und dann die Springform \u00f6ffnen. Die Spanier bepudern ihn mit Staubzucker und die Chose ist fertig.
