Es gibt Chocolatiers, die sie t\u00e4glich frisch von Hand und nur mit den besten Zutaten herstellen (die exquisiten Truffes du Jour mit Frischrahm aus dem Hause Spr\u00fcngli in Z\u00fcrich sind\u00a0legend\u00e4r). Andere wiederum benutzen vorgefertigte Hohlkugeln aus Kuvert\u00fcre, die sie mit Masse bef\u00fcllen und zum Schluss oberfl\u00e4chenveredeln. Doch ganz gleich, um welchen Grad von Manufaktur es sich handelt \u2013 Geschmack und Qualit\u00e4t unterscheiden sich deutlich von den industriellen Schokoladenherstellern und ihren Produkten in den Supermarktregalen.<\/p>\n<p>Eine besondere Freude kann man seinen G\u00e4sten machen, wenn man ihnen zur Abwechslung selbstgemachte Pralinen anbietet. Daf\u00fcr braucht man nur wenige Zutaten und es geht schneller, als man vielleicht glaubt. Nat\u00fcrlich sind die Kugeln aus eigener Herstellung in ihrer Form und Konsistenz l\u00e4ngst nicht so perfekt, wie aus der Hand eines erfahrenen Chocolatiers. Kenner freuen sich \u00fcbrigens, dass die Kreation g\u00e4nzlich ohne Zus\u00e4tze und Konservierungsstoffe gelingt \u2013 experimentierfreudige Naschkatzen variieren den Geschmack, indem sie den Rum durch andere Fl\u00fcssigkeiten ersetzen: Mit Eierlik\u00f6r, mit Bailys, mit Birnenbrand, mit Grand Marnier, mit Champagner oder mit Fruchtmark\u2026 der Fantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt. einen anderen Geschmacksgeber<\/li>\n<li>Kakaopulver zum Best\u00e4uben (100% Cacao)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zum Best\u00e4uben der fertigen Tr\u00fcffel verwenden Sie feinstes Kakaopulver aus Grand Cru Schokolade oder stark ent\u00f6ltes Kakaopulver, das mit\u00a0Kakaobutter angereichert wurde und einen intensiven und\u00a0langen Nachgeschmack hat (Instant-Kakaopulver geht in diesem Fall gar
