Das folgende Rezept\u00a0nahm seinen Anfang 1997 in einem kleinen Hotel in Z\u00fcrs am Arlberg (Albona Nova), wurde in den Folgejahren immer weiter verfeinert und passt herrlich in die kalte Jahreszeit.\u00a0Geschmack und Konsistenz unterscheiden sich von\u00a0den \u00fcblichen Instant-Getr\u00e4nken wie Kaba, Nesquick, Suchard Express oder Ovomaltine\u00a0ganz\u00a0erheblich. Verwenden Sie nach M\u00f6glichkeit ein hochwertiges, stark ent\u00f6ltes Kakaopulver, das mit\u00a0Kakaobutter angereichert wurde und einen intensiven und\u00a0langen Nachgeschmack hat. Beim Zimt sollte es sich nach M\u00f6glichkeit um ein Produkt aus Bl\u00fcten handeln.\u00a0Anders als die Zimtstange (Rinde), ist die Zimtbl\u00fcte frei von Holzaromen. Gemahlene Zimtbl\u00fcten sind sehr s\u00fc\u00df, wenig scharf und kraftvoll. Die Temperatur der Milch sollte dabei stets unter dem Siedepunkt bleiben. Der Orangenlik\u00f6r harmoniert perfekt\u00a0mit den Schokoladenaromen, rundet den Geschmack\u00a0elegant\u00a0ab und eignet sich deutlich besser als Rum, Whisky, Baileys oder Amaretto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 5<\/strong>: Die hei\u00dfe, schaumige Schokolade in gro\u00dfe Tassen f\u00fcllen und sofort servieren. Optional k\u00f6nnen ein paar kleine Schokoladenbl\u00e4ttchen aufgestreut werden.
