Jedes Jahr werden als \u00e4u\u00dferes Zeichen zum Erhalt dieser Ur-Rebsorte Riesling spezielle Flaschenf\u00fcllungen unter dem Titel \u201eKlingelberger 1782\u201c aufgelegt. Die Winzer kultivieren den Klingelberger 1782 ausschlie\u00dflich in Steillagen mit gro\u00dfem Aufwand mit dem Anliegen, die Urspr\u00fcnglichkeit und die Einzigartigkeit der Herkunft zu bewahren.<\/p>\n<p>Anl\u00e4sslich des\u00a05. Im Herbst 2015 ist der Verein &#8222;Klingelberger 1782&#8220; f\u00fcr seine Beharrlichkeit, den Riesling gem\u00e4\u00df strengen Vorgaben auszubauen und auch geschmacklich weiter zu entwickeln,\u00a0mit dem <strong>Preis der deutschen Weinkritik<\/strong> bedacht worden. Der renommierte Weinautor Harry George erkl\u00e4rte in einem Vortrag die Hintergr\u00fcnde dieser Auszeichnung, die\u00a0bei Branchenkennern als besonders anerkannter Preis gilt. Der Weinsachverst\u00e4ndige Otto Geisel philosophierte \u00fcber die Magie des Klingelberger w\u00e4hrend\u00a0Weinbauingenieur Alfons Klippel-Stahmann von der Mosel \u00fcber den Erhalt der genetischen Vielfalt alter wurzelechter Pflanzen referierte. Die Weine m\u00fcssen von alten Rebbest\u00e4nden und aus einer Hanglage mit mindestens 36 Prozent Neigung stammen. Handlese und mindestens 90 Grad \u00d6chsle sind obligatorisch. Der Ausbau im Keller erfolgt mit vom Verein gezogener, biozertifizierter Klingelberger-Weinhefe.<\/p>\n<p>Der Jahrgang 2015\u00a0hinterlie\u00df bei mir einen gro\u00dfartigen\u00a0Eindruck.\u00a0Jedes Jahr stellt an die Winzerinnen und Winzer eine neue Herausforderung durch Klima, Boden und Witterung, wobei gerade der Riesling auf diese Faktoren besonders stark reagiert. Das Jahr 2015 hat\u00a0eine herausragende Qualit\u00e4t wie selten geliefert, wobei die pr\u00e4sentierten Weine vielfach\u00a0einen\u00a0wundersch\u00f6nen Duft\u00a0nach Zitrusnoten und\u00a0heimischen Fr\u00fcchten wie Aprikose, Apfel und Birne aufwiesen.\u00a0Die feingliedrigen und eleganten Gew\u00e4chse\u00a0\u2013 allesamt schlank, straff, mit moderater S\u00e4ure und erdig-mineralischen T\u00f6nen \u2013\u00a0\u00a0stammten von folgenden Weing\u00fctern:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weing\u00fcter Markgraf von Baden \u2013 Schloss Staufenberg<\/li>\n<li>Durbacher Winzer
