TL mit den buttrigen Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln hineingeben und leicht anpressen. Danach die Pfirsiche mit dem Speck kreuzweise einwickeln. Pro Pfirsichh\u00e4lfte ben\u00f6tige ich daf\u00fcr jeweils zwei Scheiben.<\/p>\n<p>Falls gew\u00fcnscht, kann der Speck nun mit ein paar\u00a0Zahnstochern fixiert werden, so dass er beim Grillen nicht abgleitet. Insgesamt werden die Pfirsiche so oft gedreht, bis der Speck \u00fcberall knusprig ist. Dabei aufpassen, dass der Speck nicht zu dunkel wird.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 6:<\/strong> Pfirsiche vom Grillrost nehmen, auf einem gro\u00dfen Teller verteilen und etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. W\u00e4hrenddessen die Mozzarellascheiben in kleine Fetzen zerteilen und \u00fcber den Teller verteilen. Die Basilikumbl\u00e4tter und ein wenig gehackten Thymian dar\u00fcber streuen. Mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l und Balsamico besprenkeln und danach 1 TL Orangenbl\u00fctenhonig im d\u00fcnnen Strahl \u00fcber den gesamten Teller verteilen.
