Man findet sie z.B. in der Provence als <em>&#8222;tourte&nbsp;aux blettes et aux olives ni\u00e7oises&#8220;<\/em>. In Spanien wird sie u.a. als<em> &#8222;hojaldre de acelgas con&nbsp;olivas de Arag\u00f3n&#8220;<\/em> angeboten. Und in Griechenland findet man sie als <em>&#8222;strifti spanakopita&#8220;<\/em>. Je nach Land oder Region variieren nat\u00fcrlich Aussehen, Teig und die Zutaten ein wenig. Die Tarte&nbsp;wird kalt oder lauwarm serviert, ist ein leichter&nbsp;Sommer-Snack oder Begleiter zum Aperitif und kann bequem am Vortag oder am Morgen vor dem Essen zubereitet werden. Ein paar Oliven \u00fcbriglassen und halbieren &#8211; sie kommen sp\u00e4ter als Dekoration auf die fertige Tarte. In den Topf zu dem sich abk\u00fchlenden Mangold geben.
