Somit etwas \u00fcbers\u00e4ttigt und mit wenig Lust, \u00fcberhaupt etwas zu kochen, entdecke ich am Gem\u00fcsestand gro\u00dfe und dunkelgr\u00fcne L\u00f6wenzahnbl\u00e4tter und Radicchio Tardivo di Treviso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Bittersalate, die roh, ged\u00e4mpft, gebraten oder gegrillt eine unvergleichliche Delikatesse darstellen und im Veneto geradezu kultisch verehrt werden, lassen den Geschmack und die vitale Kraft des bevorstehenden Fr\u00fchlings erahnen. Zusammen mit ein paar kurz angebratenen Champignons, etwas Knoblauch, ein paar Speckw\u00fcrfeln und ein wenig Oliven\u00f6l kurz in der Pfanne geschwenkt, ergibt das einen schmackhaften Salat und ein zufriedenes L\u00e4cheln zum ersten Blattgr\u00fcn des Jahres. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a
