Urspr\u00fcnglich wurde in Frankreich, genauer gesagt in Lothringen, ein Brotteig verwendet. F\u00fcr welche Variante man sich auch entscheidet \u2013 vielen Hobbyk\u00f6chen\/innen dauert es einfach zu lange, selbst einen Teig herzustellen und zu kneten. Deshalb greifen sie gerne auf die praktischen Fertigteige aus dem K\u00fchlregal im Supermarkt zur\u00fcck. Wer hingegen, so wie ich, auf das Industrieprodukt aus Palmfett, Ethylalkohol, Maisquellst\u00e4rke, S\u00e4uerungsmitteln und technische Enzymen wie&nbsp;Amylase, Xylanase, Hemicellulase und Protease keine Lust hat, wird an diesem &#8222;Express-Teig&#8220; aus Mehl, Oliven\u00f6l und Wasser viel Freude haben.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Teigrezept habe ich auf meiner letzten Reise nach S\u00fcdfrankreich bei Freunden kennengelernt, die eine Oliventorte serviert hatten. Es ist&nbsp;geschmacklich perfekt f\u00fcr alle Arten von Quiches geeignet und kann ratzfatz \u2013 n\u00e4mlich in weniger als 2 Minuten! \u2013 hergestellt werden. Am besten geht das auf einer kalten Stein- oder Granitplatte, man kann ihn aber auch in der Sch\u00fcssel kneten, bis sich der Teig von der Sch\u00fcssel l\u00f6st.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/quicheteig4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-1819\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/quicheteig4.jpg\" alt=\"quicheteig4\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3<\/strong> &#8211; Zu einer Kugel formen, leicht flach andr\u00fccken, mit Klarsichtfolie oder in einem feuchten Tuch einwickeln und in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.
