Madame und ich\u00a0sind von einer arbeitsreichen Woche ersch\u00f6pft und haben weder Lust noch die n\u00f6tige Energie, um ein kompliziertes Abendessen zu kochen. Von einem Forellenz\u00fcchter im Nachbarort besorgen wir zwei frisch ger\u00e4ucherte Forellen, der Gem\u00fcseladen hat noch frischen Feldsalat. In der K\u00fcche sind noch Zwiebeln, \u00c4pfel und Wei\u00dfbrot vorr\u00e4tig \u2013 das sollte gen\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/feldsalat.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-558\" title=\"feldsalat\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/feldsalat.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Schnell sind die Forellen filetiert, zwei Scheiben Wei\u00dfbrot\u00a0in W\u00fcrfel geschnitten und zusammen mit ein paar Speckw\u00fcrfeln in hei\u00dfem Brat-Oliven\u00f6l braun und knusprig gebraten. Einen halben Granny-Smith-Apfel schneide ich mit der Mandoline in sehr d\u00fcnne Scheiben.<\/p>\n<p>Den geputzten Feldsalat besprenkle ich mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l und verteile gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig \u2192\u00a0<a title=\"Kartoffelfond\" href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/en\/kartoffelfond\/\">Kartoffelfond<\/a> dar\u00fcber.
