Kohlrabi halbieren oder vierteln. \u00bd Zitrone auspressen und Saft beiseite stellen. Die Bl\u00e4tter k\u00f6nnen gewaschen &#8211; und wie Spinat weiter verarbeitet werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2<\/strong>: Mit einer Mandoline (ein feiner Gem\u00fcsehobel oder Tr\u00fcffelhobel geht notfalls auch) die Kohlrabist\u00fccke in sehr d\u00fcnne Scheiben oder Streifen schneiden. In eine Schale geben und mit etwas Zitronensaft kurz durchschwenken. Ich bevorzuge die puristische\u00a0Variante und das feine Aromenspiel von Kohlrabi, Oliven\u00f6l und Meersalz.
