Seit mich vor \u00fcber 25 Jahren die s\u00fcdamerikanischen K\u00f6che Gato Dumas und Francis Mallmann in ihre <em>&#8222;cocina de los olores y sabores&#8220;<\/em> eingeweiht haben, sind frische Kr\u00e4uter auch aus meiner K\u00fcche nicht mehr wegzudenken.<\/p>\n<p>Aber wir Feinschmecker sind nicht allein: Viele gefr\u00e4\u00dfige R\u00e4uber wie K\u00e4fer, L\u00e4use und vor allem Schnecken bedrohen die Pflanzen Jahr f\u00fcr Jahr, <!--more-->sorgen bei regnerischer Witterung f\u00fcr verheerende Sch\u00e4den im Kr\u00e4uterbeet und fordern m\u00fchsames Aufr\u00fcsten mit Bierfallen, Schneckenz\u00e4unen oder Schneckenkorn.
