Diese Kochart, die direkt aus der Landwirtschaft kommt, wird auf dem Land schon lange angewandt und findet nun ihren Weg ins Stadtleben, wodurch der Outdoor-Kochbereich um einen originellen Hingucker erg\u00e4nzt und bereichert wird.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/disco5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-1271\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/disco5.jpg\" alt=\"disco5\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Die ausgemusterten Scheiben einer Egge werden in originelle Wok-verwandte Kochelemente verwandelt, indem man das Loch in der Mitte, durch das sie am Ger\u00e4t angebracht waren, zuschweisst, einen dicken Rand anbringt und das Ganze mit zwei Griffen versieht. Diese konkav geformten gusseisernen Teile, 3mm stark und je nach urspr\u00fcnglichem Einsatz in der Landwirtschaft in unterschiedlichen Gr\u00f6ssen zwischen 30 und 60cm Durchmesser erh\u00e4ltlich, werden entweder klassisch auf ein offenes Feuer gestellt oder auch auf einen f\u00fcr den Zweck eingerichteten Kocher auf einer Gasflasche. Zur Ausstattung k\u00f6nnen ein Deckel und auch anschraubbare F\u00fc\u00dfe geh\u00f6ren, damit man die Scheibe besser auf der Feuerstelle platzieren kann.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/disco2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-1266\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/disco2.jpg\" alt=\"disco2\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vor dem ersten Einsatz muss die gesamte Oberfl\u00e4che mit Fett behandelt bzw. eingerieben werden, um das Metall zu sch\u00fctzen und ein Anbrennen der Zutaten zu verhindern. Nun kann man \u00fcber dem offenen Feuer Eintopf-\u00e4hnliche Gerichte in relativ kurzer Brat- und Kochzeit zubereiten, wobei der Phantasie bei der Auswahl der Zutaten keine Grenzen gesetzt sind: Rinder-, Schweine- oder H\u00fchnerfleisch, das vor dem Braten gew\u00fcrzt oder auch mariniert wird, wird ebenso verwendet wie diverse Gem\u00fcsesorten von Zwiebel, bis Paprika, Karotten, Kartoffeln usw.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/disco3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-1267\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/disco3.jpg\" alt=\"disco3\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Durch Zugabe von Br\u00fche am Ende der Kochzeit kann dem Essen dann wieder Fl\u00fcssigkeit zugef\u00fcgt werden. Die Zeremonie des Feuermachens, die je nach verwendeter Holzart entstehenden Aromen und die diversen Varianten der Zutaten lassen das Kochen im &#8222;Disco de Arado&#8220; zu einem Schlemmervergn\u00fcgen werden.
