Am heutigen Winterabend feiert Culture Food mit seinen Lesern den ersten Geburtstag. Kochen f\u00e4llt heute aus. Statt dessen gibt es einen wunderbaren Gl\u00fchwein vor dem Kamin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/gluehwein1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-1140\" title=\"gluehwein1\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/gluehwein1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eEs ist immer eine gute Idee, Ausgangsprodukte zu nehmen, die schon m\u00f6glichst nah an dem sind, was man am Ende erreichen will. Warum also Rotwein mit Zucker und Fruchtsaft verbieten?\u201c<\/em> gr\u00fcbelt das wunderbare Effilee-Magazin in seiner Winterausgabe #23. Diese Frage bringt es exakt auf den Punkt. Denn wir wissen ja, dass zur Herstellung von Gl\u00fchwein vorwiegend minderwertiger Rotwein zum Einsatz kommt. Und ganz gleich, ob nun Zimt, Gew\u00fcrznelken, Zitrusschalen und Sternanis verwendet werden &#8211; sie \u00fcberdecken die eigenen Aromen eines guten Weines ohnehin. \u00dcberdies\u00a0 werden die fl\u00fcchtigen Aromastoffe des Weins meist weggebrodelt. Am Ende landet dann ein warmes, klebriges und s\u00fc\u00dfes Getr\u00e4nk in der Tasse, das au\u00dfer dem Namen mit Wein nichts mehr gemein hat.<\/p>\n<p>Wie w\u00e4re es also zur Abwechslung mit einem aromatischen und bet\u00f6rendem Gl\u00fchwein f\u00fcr Genie\u00dfer?<\/p>\n<p>Drei Dinge unterscheiden dieses Rezept ma\u00dfgeblich. Erstens: Er wird Wei\u00dfwein verwendet und kein Rotwein.\u00a0 Zweitens: Der Wein wird nicht zusammen mit den Gew\u00fcrzen aufgekocht. Drittens: Fruchtsaft kommt nicht zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n<h4>Zutaten:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Flasche Silvaner oder Riesling<\/li>\n<li>80 Gramm Zucker<\/li>\n<li>5 leicht zerdr\u00fcckte Zimtbl\u00fcten oder eine Zimtstange<\/li>\n<li>5 Nelken<\/li>\n<li>1 Sternanis<\/li>\n<li>1 aufgetrennte Vanilleschote<\/li>\n<li>2-3 Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<li>150 ml Wei\u00dfwein<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/gluehwein2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-1142\" title=\"gluehwein2\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/gluehwein2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst wird ein Gew\u00fcrzsirup hergestellt. 150 ml Wei\u00dfwein mit dem Zucker und allen Gew\u00fcrzen in einem Kochtopf\u00a0 ca. 5 Minuten einkochen, bis ein bernsteinfarbener Sirup entstanden ist. Die Fl\u00fcssigkeit darf nicht zu sehr einkochen, damit sie noch durch ein Sieb abflie\u00dfen kann.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/gluehwein3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-1143\" title=\"gluehwein3\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/gluehwein3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Den Sirup durch ein Sieb gie\u00dfen und in einem zweiten Topf zusammen mit dem restlichen Wein erhitzen. Der Wein darf keinesfalls zu kochen beginnen und sollte maximal auf\u00a0 70\u00b0C erhitzt werden.
