Zur Belohnung und als Abschluss f\u00fcr einen langen Tag im B\u00fcro g\u00f6nne ich mir eine frisch gebratene Kalbsleber mit Schalotten, frischem Knoblauch und Karottenstreifen, die ich mit etwas Balsamico und Rotwein abl\u00f6sche.
