Ich jedenfalls kenne niemand. Der Duft von knusprigem Teig, warmen Butter- und Vanillearomen, der langsam von der K\u00fcche durch die anderen Zimmer zieht, zaubert ein gl\u00fcckliches L\u00e4cheln auf alle Gesichter und \u00fcbt eine seltsame Art von Magnetismus aus: Pl\u00f6tzlich und ungerufen sitzen alle Familienmitglieder um den K\u00fcchentisch herum. Den &#8222;gl\u00e4nzende-Augen und gl\u00fcckliche Gesicher&#8220;-Effekt erzielt man allerdings nur mit selbstgemachten Waffeln. Supermarktware, im Toaster aufgew\u00e4rmt, hat da keine Chance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/waffeln1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-303\" title=\"waffeln1\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/waffeln1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Waffeln sind unglaublich vielseitig: Klassisch mit warmem Kompott und Puderzucker, mit Schokolade und Schlagsahne, im Sommer mit frischen Fr\u00fcchten und Vanilleeis oder in der salzigen Variante mit K\u00e4se oder mit Lachs und Salat&#8230;. Der Fantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nachfolgend ein Grundrezept, das im Verlauf der letzten 15 Jahre entstanden ist<\/em> <\/strong>und bei dem man Waffeln erh\u00e4lt, die au\u00dfen sch\u00f6n knusprig und innen saftig und fluffig werden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>GRUNDREZEPT S\u00dcSSE WAFFELN<\/h4>\n<p>Zutaten (ausreichend f\u00fcr 4 Personen \/ ergibt ca. 12 Waffeln, je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Waffeleisens):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g weiche Butter (zimmerwarm)<\/li>\n<li>120 g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>2 Prisen Salz<\/li>\n<li>2 TL <a title=\"Vanillezucker\" href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/en\/?p=314\">selbst gemachter Vanillezucker<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 Eier<\/li>\n<li>500 g Mehl Typ 550<\/li>\n<li>4 TL Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>400 ml s\u00fc\u00dfe Sahne<\/li>\n<li>250 &#8211; 300 ml Milch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/en\/downloads\/rezept_waffeln_culturefood.pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img class=\"lazyload\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"print\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27180%27%20height%3D%2730%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20180%2030%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27180%27%20height%3D%2730%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/print.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"30\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/waffeln2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-308\" title=\"waffeln2\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/waffeln2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Schritt 1:<\/strong> Das Waffeleisen anschalten und hei\u00df werden lassen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2<\/strong>:\u00a0W\u00e4hrenddessen die Butter in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel zusammen mit dem Salz, dem Zucker und dem Vanillezucker schaumig schlagen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3<\/strong>: Die Eier einzeln und unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren dem Buter-Zucker-Mix hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit dem Mixer weiter schlagen, bis sich der Zucker v\u00f6llig aufgel\u00f6st hat<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4:<\/strong> Das Mehl und das Backpulver hinzuf\u00fcgen, danach die Milch und die Sahne. Die Masse solange r\u00fchren, bis sich eine dicke, homogene, z\u00e4hfl\u00fcssige Textur ergeben hat. Sollte die Masse zu fl\u00fcssig sein, etwas Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen; sollte sie so z\u00e4h sein, dass sie nicht mehr alleine vom L\u00f6ffel flie\u00dft, einfach noch etwas Sahne hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 5:<\/strong> Das Waffeleisen vorheizen (je nach Alter kann es hilfreich sein, das Metall mit etwas Butter einzustreichen, damit die Waffeln nicht zu stark kleben) Portionsweise backen und darauf achten, dass die Waffeln nicht zu dunkel werden. Am besten schmecken Sie, wenn Sie hellbraun und saftig sind.
