Durch die lange Kochzeit zerkochen die H\u00fclsenfr\u00fcchte zu einer Art Brei, der kr\u00e4ftig gew\u00fcrzt wird. Dal ist ein Grundnahrungsmittel in Indien und wird als P\u00fcree zu Fladenbrot oder Reis serviert. Mit etwas Wasser verd\u00fcnnt kann man es als exotischen Dip zu rohen Gem\u00fcsestreifen verwenden. Tomaten und den K\u00fcrbis ebenfalls grob w\u00fcrfeln (beim Hokkaidok\u00fcrbis m\u00fcssen nur die Kerne entfernt werden, die Schale kann mitgekocht werden)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 2<\/strong>: Reichlich Wasser in einen Topf geben und die Linsen ca. 30-40 Minuten kochen bis sie weich sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3:<\/strong> Das Erdnuss\u00f6l in einem gro\u00dfen Suppentopf erhitzen und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Fenchelsamen und Senfsaat darin leicht br\u00e4unen. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Currybl\u00e4tter beif\u00fcgen und unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren anschwitzen bis sie leicht Farbe annehmen. Die restlichen Gew\u00fcrze und den Ingwer hinzugeben und alles gut vermischen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/dal2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone size-full wp-image-280\" title=\"dal2\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20578%20394%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27578%27%20height%3D%27394%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/culturefoodblog.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/dal2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"578\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 4:<\/strong> K\u00fcrbis, Karotten und Tomaten hinzugeben, alles gut verr\u00fchren und erneut anziehen lassen. Mit 1 Liter Wasser auff\u00fcllen (alternativ Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche) und ca. 45 Minuten leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die K\u00fcrbissuppe in einen Standmixer f\u00fcllen (bis der hitzebest\u00e4ndige Glaskrug etwa zur H\u00e4lfte gef\u00fcllt ist) und mit den Linsen auff\u00fcllen. Ca. 1 Minute p\u00fcrieren, bis eine s\u00e4mige Fl\u00fcssigkeit entstanden ist. In einen Topf gie\u00dfen. Den Vorgang mit der restlichen K\u00fcrbissuppe und den restlichen Linsen wiederholen. Sollten Sie keinen Standmixer haben, f\u00fcgen Sie die Linsen einfach zur K\u00fcrbissuppe hinzu und p\u00fcrieren Sie das Ganze mit einem Stabmixer. Je nach gew\u00fcnschter Konsistenz noch etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, abschmecken, und erneut zum kochen bringen. Wenn es jahreszeitlich keine K\u00fcrbisse gibt, kann man alternativ Karotten und Zwiebeln nehmen, Paprika oder Zucchini. Im Sommer kann man Dal auch mit einer Gazpacho aus Gurken, Tomaten und Minze zubereiten und k\u00fchl servieren.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe dieses Rezept mit verschiedenen Linsensorten ausprobiert. Das geschmacklich beste Resultat hatte ich mit Alblinsen und mit schwarzen Beluga-Linsen, die einen sch\u00f6nen farblichen Kontrast bilden und die man u.a. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dinsesculinarium.de\/Linsen-und-Bohnen_cat_100.html\" target=\"_blank\">hier bestellen<\/a> kann. \u00a0Auch mit roten Linsen, die dem indischen Originalrezept am n\u00e4chsten kommen, kann man gut arbeiten &#8211;
