An dieser Stelle entscheidet sich die Dicke (H\u00f6he) der Brownies, je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Backform. Manche m\u00f6gen sie eher dick und saftig, andere wieder bevorzugen die d\u00fcnnere Variante.<\/p>\n<p>Die Backform in den vorgeheizten Backofen stellen und bei 175\u00b0 C. (Umluft) 40 Minuten backen. Die Backzeit variiert je nach Ofen ein wenig. Wichtig ist, dass der Teig nicht v\u00f6llig durchgebacken ist, wie bei einem normalen Kuchen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-7 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:0px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;--minFontSize:22;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><h4>Schritt 6<\/h4><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:-20px;\"><p>Die Form aus dem Ofen nehmen und Brownies \u00fcber mehrere Stunden vollst\u00e4ndig ausk\u00fchlen lassen. Am besten \u00fcber Nacht im k\u00fchlen Keller.<br \/>\nSobald die Kuchenmasse in der Form vollst\u00e4ndig durchgek\u00fchlt ist, kann sie auf einer glatten Arbeitsplatte gest\u00fcrzt werden.
