ideal eignen sich italienische Salsiccias, die dem Geschmack und der Textur recht nahekommen; die original &#8222;Chorizo Criollo&#8220; ist in deutschen Metzgereien und Superm\u00e4rkten kaum zu bekommen, aber man findet einige Online-Anbieter und Importware. Mit Oliven\u00f6l, Essig, Limettensaft, Salz und Pfeffer vermengen und \u00fcber eine Stunde ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;--minFontSize:22;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><h4>Schritt 3<\/h4><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:-20px;\"><p>Chorizo grillen: Die W\u00fcrste auf dem Grill oder in der Grillpfanne zun\u00e4chst bei mittlerer Temperatur etwa 5-7 Minuten rundum garen. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die W\u00fcrste bei hoher Temperatur oder nahe der Holzkohlenglut rundum knusprig gegrillt. Dabei gilt es aufzupassen, dass sie nicht schwarz werden und verbrennen. Wer mag, kann am Ende der Garzeit die W\u00fcrste l\u00e4ngs aufschneiden und mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach unten nochmal kurz grillen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:22;--minFontSize:22;line-height:var(--awb-typography1-line-height);\"><h4>Schritt 4<\/h4><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:-20px;\"><p>Brot vorbereiten: Die Baguettest\u00fccke teilen, l\u00e4ngs aufschneiden und kurz auf dem Grill r\u00f6sten.
